It is a moment of pride and big boost for the entire
Punjab Technical University (PTU) Parivaar, to know that-our dynamic leader,
Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr.) Rajnesh Arora ji is conferred with an Award
for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Education’ by an International Organisation,
World Chancellors and Vice Chancellors Congress-2014 in a function last week
held in Mumbai. As hon'ble VC preferred to give priority to pre-occupied assignments
of the University, Dr Balkar Singh, Director of Colleges PTU got an opportunity
to receive this Award on behalf of worthy Vice-Chancellor.
Congratulations to VC Sir. The award is a world level recognition and it
truly represents an acknowledgement of his vision and untiring efforts to
uplift the quality of technical education with insistence on human values. Hats
off to him. And proud to work with him. We
eagerly wait to see our university grow with the help of our Vice Chancellor.
His efforts have been paid off, thanks to the World Chancellors and Vice
Chancellors Congress.
